Matera is my favorite piece from Hans Zimmer's No Time To Die score. The key and positioning left me no choice but to add You Only Live Twice here and there as well. I haven't seen No Time To Die yet, but I will update this post when I do.
This is the final James Bond film for Daniel Craig, who is clearly the best Bond of my generation (I'm 44 at the moment). With the exception of Idris Elba, it's hard to imagine anyone else succeeding Daniel Craig in this role. Craig initially jumped on the radar screen (for the Bond character) from his role in the British gangster film Layer Cake (2004). It's an excellent movie if you get a chance to watch it.
Just for fun, here's my Craig-era Bonds in order of preference. Once I see No Time to Die, I'll update the list:
#1 Casino Royale
#2 Skyfall
#3 Quantum of Solace
(This film is really underrated and worth another watch.)
#4 Spectre
(Don't know about you, but this film didn't resonate with me on any level. It seemed goofy. I might have to give it another try.)
