Light of the Seven, by composer Ramin Djawadi, is the music at the very beginning of the Game of Thrones (season 6 finale) The Winds of Winter. The guitar tab for Light of the Seven is beautifully written across 5 pages. This arrangement is pretty easy to play (for a classical guitar piece). However, I still recommend this for intermediate guitar players and up.
