The Last of the Starks
I was not disappointed in Game of Thrones season 8. I see it as an extension of season 7. If viewed that way – the story doesn’t feel rushed. The show-runners didn’t have enough source material to work from. I think they did an extraordinary job given the circumstance of RR Martin’s non-completion.
Ramin Djawadi’s score was magnificent in the final season. The most poignant song was, The Last of the Starks, played at the end of episode 6.

I love this piece. My favorite arrangements to play are loose and whimsical. The Last of the Starks has a sense of timing, but it’s not set in stone.

The guitar tab is beautifully written across three pages. I love the finale of the piece which brings back an element from the main title theme. Enjoy.
