Dexter was an excellent Showtime series (2006 - 2013) set in Miami. The series centered on Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a forensic technician, who leads a secret parallel life as a vigilante serial killer. The Blood Theme, by composer Daniel Licht, is the central theme of the series. I always loved the eerie, lacerating violins in the verse.

The arrangement is beautifully written across a single page. While best suited to intermediate guitar players, this piece is doable practice piece for beginners as well.
