Rain
I wrote this song a couple of years ago for a short film entitled, Broken Noons by Guillermo L.Vázquez. The film went on to receive the official selection of several international, independent film festivals.
In Barcelona, actress Josi Lage was nominated for ‘Best Actress, and myself for ‘Best Score’. I’m not sure what ever became of that particular film festival — given the pandemic.
Guillermo and I have a shared love of Gustavo Santaolalla’s music, and the films of Alejandro González Iñárritu. He initially contacted me on Vimeo, and we became fast friends and creative partners. Rain is used in the End Credits of Broken Noons.

How to play Rain by Evan Handyside | fingerstyle guitar
The guitar tab for Rain is beautifully written across three pages. I recommend this song for beginner and intermediate guitar players, though the relentless fingerstyle might be difficult for newer guitarists.
My order of play, looks like this, in accordance with the guitar tab: Intro, Verse 2x, Chorus — Verse 2x, Chorus, Bridge — Chorus, End. Enjoy, the guitar tab is available below:
**Rain – Evan Handyside (ambient, World guitar)
Rain is played with a capo on the 5th fret.
