Lana Del Rey’s Love for classical guitar took me a week to record. Her songs are always around 5 minutes long. I intended to do an abbreviated version —  but I side-effect of my YouTube channel, is that people like to use the audio from my videos to sing along. So, I had to get a mistake-free, unrushed, 5 minute performance.

As always though, Lana’s music fits my guitar like a glove. From that perspective, her vocal lines are tightly packaged with basic chord progressions. It was very easy to figure out and relatively easy to play.

You can find all of my Lana Del Rey arrangements here.

How to play Love for classical guitar

Love is easy to play on guitar. There are no difficult chord shapes (bar chords) that would thwart a beginner guitar player. Also, Love is a slow, crooning song, so newbies won’t have to rush.

The guitar tab for Love is three pages long, a beautifully spaced so it’s easy to read. My order of play looks like this (in accordance with the guitar tab):

Verse, Interlude, Pre Chorus 2x, Chorus, Chorus End #1

Verse, Interlude, Pre Chorus 2x, Chorus, Chorus End #2 (same)

Bridge 2x, Interlude, Pre Chorus, Chorus, Chorus End #3, Outro 2x, End.

Enjoy, the guitar tab is available below. Lana Del Rey’s Love is played
