El Recuerdo (The Memory) by Gustavo Santaolalla, is from the soundtrack for Narcos: Mexico. The whole thing is a treasure trove of gorgeous, minimalist pieces by Santaolalla. I can’t wait to dig into to even further. I’m already a few episodes into Narcos: Mexico — and I’m quickly reminded that Narcos is one of the best series ever created.
