Where is My Mind

This song was originally released in 1988 by The Pixies. It’s a true “indie” song — with a delightfully Lo-fi production. The drums sound like they were recorded with a single room mic. Where is My Mind was most famously used in the final scene of Fight Club (1999).

My arrangement is based on pianist Maxence Cyrin’s version — which is arguably better than the original. It’s almost like something Ramin Djawadi would’ve done for Westworld. That arrangement has been used in The Leftovers, and Mr. Robot.
