Supergirl Suite

I love this new Supergirl theme from composer Claudia Sarne. To me, it has vibes of Hans Zimmer’s work on Man of Steel—the greatest Superman theme since the iconic John Williams piece. And by the way, I still don’t get the hate on that movie. Man of Steel was incredible. Henry Cavill was a fantastic Superman, and the whole film was produced by Christopher Nolan. Come on, people!

The “Supergirl Suite” was released well before the actual film. Typically a suite is an all-in-one arrangement of the motifs and themes from across the entire score—a distilled “greatest hits” of a film’s musical ideas. But this one is fairly direct and short, so I’m guessing it’s the over-arching main theme of the whole movie rather than a full medley.
