Summertime Sadness

“Summertime Sadness” by Lana Del Rey, is a bittersweet anthem with a dreamy and cinematic production. I love Lana’s signature breathy, crooning vocals. Together it creates an atmosphere of beautiful longing. It’s a summer song that acknowledges the shadows within the sunshine — where even the most joyful moments are tinged with a sense of impending loss.

I performed Summertime Sadness on YouTube way back in 2013. It was definitely time for a redo. I’m a much better self editor now, and I made this arrangement easier to play.
