Wanda and Vision

Based from the Marvel Comics characters Wanda Maximoff and Vision -- WandaVision shares continuity with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and takes place after the events of the film Avengers: Endgame. While I haven't seen this show yet -- everyone is telling me it's great.

The music by composer, Christophe Beck is excellent. Wanda and Vision is considered the "love theme" of the show. I love how the chord progression swings back and forth like a gentle waltz.

My right hand technique

You notice, I'm arpeggiating each chord shape with my right hand. This is a technique that I picked from watching composer, Gustavo Santaolalla, play ronroco and guitar. Gear used

For Wanda and Vision, I used my Cordoba C7 Cedar. It a relatively inexpensive guitar, that sounds warm and dark.

To record, I use a Zoom Q8 Camera paired with an SSH-6 mic. I tend to run this mic in full mono mode.  When adding noise reduction, EQ, reverb, and compression -- mono guitar recordings are WAY easier to deal with in post production. [I do a separate post on my recording process soon.]
