The American: How to play End Credits (guitar) — Herbert Gronemeyer

This is absolutely one of my favorite films of 2010.  The photography in the movie is stunning and the accompanying score by Herbert Gronemeyer is perfect.  Directed by Anton Corbijn, ‘The American’ seems to be a modern interpretation of a Sergio Leone western. Complete with sweeping Italian landscapes, beautiful women, and music reminiscent of Ennio Morricone’s ‘A Fistful of Dollars’ score — ‘The American’ is a must see for those who put a premium on “cool”.

The End Credits theme is a beautiful guitar piece that summarizes ‘The American’ in under a minute. Although it’s packs a lot into 57 seconds, the theme’s short duration makes it perfect song for the practicing guitarist. The tab is available as a PDF below. I hope you enjoy playing it as much I do. Thanks for listening.
